The Avonside Roofing web site is committed to the standards of compliance set out by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) for web sites developed using the XHTML 1.0 Transitional Compliance Standards and the CSS Compliance Standards as part of its commitment to the Disability Discrimation Act and the various accessibility requirements for a public facing site.

Whilst it has always been a fine line between giving a high standard of user experience versus compliance issues, Avonside Roofing is committed to providing as wide an audience availability as is possible without compromising on design or the user experience.

There are some aspects of the sites which are technically feasible in the graphic version but totally unrealistic in a text only environment, such as Google Maps.

Compliance

Wherever possible the pages of Avonside Roofing are both W3C XHTML 1.0 Transitional Standards Compliant and W3C CSS Standards Compliant.

Whilst every care is taken in the production of this site to ensure that it remains compliant, occasionally some pages may show verification errors, usually due to issues beyond our control which contain non-compliant characters or code. Avonside Roofing is working to address these issues with the third-party suppliers.
